Are you an experienced stylist ready to take your career to the next level in one of New Zealand’s most stunning locations? Our client is searching for a passionate, high-performing Senior Stylist to join their luxurious Queenstown salon.
Our client operates a premium salon in the heart of Queenstown, catering to a discerning clientele with a strong demand for elevated, high-end hairdressing. Known for its exceptional service and beautiful setting, this salon offers a calm, polished atmosphere where professionalism and creativity shine.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role offers 30–40 hours per week with flexibility to suit your lifestyle, alongside commission opportunities to reward your performance. It’s an ideal fit for a Senior Stylist with a strong foundation in cutting, colouring, and styling—and experience in event styling is a definite plus.

THE ROLE
You’ll provide a full range of hairdressing services, including precision cutting, advanced colouring, and premium styling. If you bring experience in bridal or event styling, you’ll have the opportunity to work on some of Queenstown’s most exciting events.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering a wide range of salon services at a high standard
Creating elegant, on-trend event and occasion styles
Building strong, lasting client relationships
Working collaboratively with a close-knit, supportive team
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You’re a well-rounded stylist with at least 5 years of in-salon experience. You’re confident, adaptable, and well presented, with a passion for delivering top tier results in both every day and event settings.
You’ll also bring:
5+ years of experience in a salon setting
Expertise across cutting, colouring, and styling
Advanced event styling experience (preferred, but not essential)
A friendly, adaptable personality and polished presentation
A strong focus on client service and professional standards
